Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our guest cottage is located on a 5-acre wooded lot (3 acres of access). Includes a trail, outdoor grill, deck with speakers, and space for camping (BYOGear) An easy drive to Ann Arbor for U of M games, dining out and shopping. This cottage features kid and pet-friendly spaces. An 80-90s kids delight of a bar with a full arcade machine with any game imaginable. There are plenty of sunset views and space to connect with nature and friends! The space The guest cottage is located on a private wooded lot. There are about 3 acres of explorable space. Includes a firepit on the front patio. The deck space includes a full propane grill for communal meals. The 4 beds feature 2 full-size beds, 1 queen and 1 king. We have a single air mattress as well if guests would prefer more space for sleeping. One of these beds is in the bar space. There is central heat in kitchen, dining and living space, a gas fireplace in the bar and electric fireplaces in the bedrooms for colder months. There are 2x A/C units and a ceiling fan for the warmer months. For those working remotely, we have very fast internet and a full washer and dryer. Guest access There's a private gravel to grass driveway. Access requires no host interaction. Other things to note The king sized murphy bed is to stay in the sleep (down) position. It is a heavy bed and could cause bodily harm if lifted or lowered by guests. If you want it lifted, please contact us to accomodate. Otherwise, hosts are not liable for injury if guests attempt to lift or lower. Please no dogs on couches or beds.
