We aren't a "management company" or investors looking to turn a profit with the same trite spaces. This is our late 1800's home that I painstakingly renovated for our family. We love it so much that we are now sharing it! ⊛The home and property is exceptionally quiet; we are far from main roads. No neighbors across the river. Our neighbors do farm both livestock and row crops so there may be some related noises/sights from time to time! ⊛There is a spacious great room, bathed in natural light streaming through numerous windows, providing views of the sprawling cow pasture and the glistening river beside. The inviting atmosphere creates the perfect space to relax and reconnect with loved ones, or simply revel in your peaceful solitude. ⊛The heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen combines rustic aesthetics with modern convenience. ⊛Our home offers two cozy bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. The first bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and large windows that provide sweeping views of the river. This "master bedroom" has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom features bunk beds (larger Full on bottom, Twin on top), perfect for children or additional guests. With warm wood accents and a tranquil ambiance, both bedrooms offer a peaceful sanctuary to rest and recharge. ⊛Besides the master bath, the other upstairs bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. There is a half bath combined with a laundry room located centrally downstairs. ⊛Unwind on the expansive front porch, adorned with cedar posts sourced from the woods behind the home. Guest access You will have the entire main house to yourself. Parking is easy and plentiful. There is a 3 car garage/barn next door to the home. It is mainly storage of personal items and landscape maintenance equipment etc. Above the garage is a space rented by a family member. She works full-time and is very private. You will have an access code for the front door texted to you. Take a screen shot so you can reference it during your stay. Very safe and very private area! Enjoy country living.
