Guest access Guests have private use of their bedroom and bathroom during their stay. The rooftop patio is open to all guests. The restaurant at the ground-level cannot be used as a common area. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the guest rooms without prior guest approval. Other things to note All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. Each room is assigned to guests according to availability. All of our rooms share a similar setup and amenities, but design details may vary from room to room. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. In addition, there are additional security cameras in the common areas to ensure the safety of all our guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet and also a $50 USD security deposit in total which is refundable after your check-out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee. Please note that the restaurant area on the ground level can't be used as a common area.
