The space This charming retreat boasts a spacious and tastefully decorated interior, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Upon entering, you'll find a comfortable and stylish living area, equipped with plush seating and a 76" flat-screen TV equipped with Apple TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Large windows provide ample natural light and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. Enjoy your culinary creations at the kitchen island (4 seats) and at the adjacent dining area, which features a beautiful table for 7, overlooking the lake. The retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a peaceful space to unwind, with cozy beds, ample storage, and charming decor. Three modern bathrooms offer convenience and comfort, equipped with showers and essential amenities. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a delicious BBQ meal using the provided grill while relishing the breathtaking lake views. The expansive yard provides plenty of space for outdoor activities and offers direct access to the waterfront, where you can take advantage of fishing or simply enjoy a quiet stroll along the shore. The back patio is equipped with a 55" TV with an Apple TV device only. Our completely remodeled dock is now a stunning 1,600 square-foot structure with two boating slips—one for a pontoon and one for a fishing or ski boat. There are also cleats available for additional tie-ups. If you plan on bringing your own boat and using the slips, please let us know so we can send directions and ensure that your boat will fit. The dock also includes a fridge and other lake items for your enjoyment. Please use lake items (Floats, Inflatables, Lily Pads) at you own risk. For our furry guests, we've installed a fully fenced area on the side of the house, measuring 98 feet by 107 feet square, ensuring a safe and fun space for your dogs to play. Additionally, we have installed an RV parking spot for your convenience. Please refer to the listing picture for the RV parking space location. The RV pad dimensions are 13x50 feet, accommodating a maximum RV length of 50 feet. A 30AMP electrical plug-in is also available as well as sewer connection. You may also charge your Electric Vehicle off the 30AMP RV receptacle. Please note that you will more than likely need some sort of 30AMP plug adapter. Please see photos to reference the receptacle. Other amenities provided for your comfort include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a small commercial ice maker, garage freezer, and a washer and dryer. The bunk room is equipped with a 42" TV with an Apple TV device only. This home also features a full house backup generator that will automatically turn on after 9 seconds of no power and turn off when power is restored. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the entire retreat, including the stunning yard, dock, garage, and direct lake access. Parking is available for multiple vehicles on the property. This home is equipped with a full house backup generator in case of a power outage. The generator will automatically turn on after 9 seconds of no power and then turn off when power is restored. RV Parking Info: - Please refer to listing picture of RV Parking space location. - RV Pad Dimensions - 13x50’ (FT) - The maximum allowable RV would be 50' - 30AMP Electrical Plug-in available - Sewer dump is located next to the electrical receptacle Dogs are the only pets allowed on the property due to owner allergies. We also require a $250 fully refundable pet deposit. This deposit will be released within one week after your check-out date, provided there are no damages. Parties or events are not permitted. Please respect the quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Use Kayaks at your own risk. A waiver must be signed by all parties that plan to use the kayaks during their stay. Swimming anywhere on the property is considered at your own risk. Use of lake items such as lily pads, inflatables, floaties, etc. at your own risk. Small commercial ice maker is located in the laundry room for filling coolers, etc. If you intend on using the ice machine, please turn on at the beginning of your stay and turn off before you leave. There is a freezer located in the garage that guests are able to use and store ice/food perishables in as well. Please clean out freezer before you leave. There are three TVs; one in the main room with basic cable/local channels and Apple TV Device, Bunk room has a TV with Apple TV Device only, and the TV on the back patio has a TV with Apple TV Device only. Watering schedule for the property is from 12 midnight to 5am.
