The space Welcome to the Urban Farmhouse! Built in 1948, this house comes with a lot of charm and a few surprises. If you notice that not everything is square and level, you would be right. Just one of the quirks that comes with a 70+ year old house. :) The flooring in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and upstairs is all new. We wanted to save the original hardwood floor upstairs, but unfortunately it had a few too many patches and cracks. However, it's still under there, and maybe someday we'll find a way to uncover it and let it shine. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The second floor has a game room and bedroom. LIVING ROOM With farmhouse decor, comfy couches, plenty of throw blankets and pillows, and a 40 in. smart TV, this space is perfect for relaxing and spending time together in the evenings. KITCHEN Equipped with brand-new countertops, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, the kitchen comes fully-stocked with crock pot, brand new appliances, pots, pans, utensils, etc. You will find a French press, coffee grinder, coffee, tea bags, creamer packets, basic seasonings, and more in the kitchen cupboards. Help yourself! LAUNDRY Full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. GAME ROOM Furnished with board games, checkers, a foosball table, and a 40 in. smart TV, this upstairs space offers you the chance to put down your phone and spend some quality time with those you love. It also has a futon, in case you need some extra sleeping space. :) Sheets, blanket, and pillow are in the closet in the bedroom. BEDROOMS The first bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed and a cozy hanging chair. The second bedroom is the master, with an attached bathroom and queen bed. The third bedroom is upstairs. It has a roll top desk, double bed, and classy, black and white theme. EXTRAS There is a gas BBQ grill on the back porch, complete with grilling utensils.
