If you are a clean freak like us and accommodations done well and done simply, we are the place to stay. We could have picked homes closer to the airport or Austin, but we picked this home and neighborhood, so when we stay it truly feels like our home away from home. The living space (all downstairs) is open, bright, and spacious and a great retreat from work and place to entertain (please no rave parties or if you excessively drink or do drugs our home is not for you). Upstairs has all the private bedroom space. The covered patio and lounge chairs (not in the photos) make for a great evening place to relax. The brand new community pool is literally two houses away from our home which is available for longer term rentals. There are three great parks and a golf course walking distance from the home. A coffee shop, ice cream, and a few restaurants you can walk to as well. All beds are of high quality (guest room bed is Tempur-Pedic). One bedroom acts principally as an office but has a pull out bed. The guest room has its own private office nook. All bedrooms except the office has a smart TV. Free high speed wifi throughout the home. Our gas kitchen with espresso machine invites the most assertive chef to enjoy the best coffee while making their meals. Other things to note •Guest must remove shoes and ask guests to do the same when entering home •Guest must help maintain all living spaces as pristine as when they arrived •Guests must launder their own linens at least every 10 days and otherwise maintain their private spaces as well as they found it. •No smoking on premises •No illegal substances
