The space This quaint home has one bedroom/bathroom with a full kitchen and all the amenities you need for a short term stay. The backyard is large and provides adirondack chairs, a fire pit/seating and off street parking. Guest access Guests have full access to the private home and yard. Other things to note I personally wash every single linen each visit (this includes comforter, shams, blankets). Seems intuitive but this is one of my concerns when I travel so I want my guests rest comfortably knowing all linens are clean.
