Guest access Access granted: (Young children should never be left unattended on this property- This property is best for families with children who are of swimming age- though swimming in ponds is not permitted. Just for safety age range is recommended!) Guests are permitted inside of our chicken area. So far, our rooster has always been friendly! Always stay with children when collecting eggs. Guests are welcome to venture near creek, and around our walking trail. Guests may fish and access pond from designated fishing area only. Pond is catch and release only. Guests are NOTpermitted: To walk all of the way around the pond- please honor no Tresspassing signs. It is a shared pond. In locked closets, Well House, Red Shop Building on Property, Locked smaller guest house on property. In pond. In goat enclosure, or kenneled dog enclosure (occasionally our dogs are present… this will be discussed before booking is finalized.) Do not cross red boundary flags: dangerous drop off behind one. (Noted on map in kitchen.) Guests are not permitted on balcony outside of room #3- unless an emergency exit is needed. NO SHOOTING GUNS ON PROPERTY. NO DRUG USE. NO MARIJUANA No drunkenness permitted OUTDOORS. Preferred not indoor either. Your safety is very important to us! We also are very grateful for guests who take good care of our home. Please keep pets crated when you leave the house. No pets upstairs or in bedrooms downstairs. Pets need to be leashed outdoors. There is a fenced area pets may be off-leash to potty or spend some time outside alone. To note:The large red barn close to our property is NOT part of our property. Do not cross boundary lines. Please honor No Trespassing signs. Security cameras are present. Guests may NOT get within 10 feet of our bee hives. The bees are busy! We have honey as a welcome gift for you. Enjoy!! Other things to note Guests will not be refunded for their stay due to getting bug bites. Bug bites sometimes come with farm life. Guests with bee allergies may want to avoid this rental. We have 10 bee hives. This is a magical, calm, refreshing place- but it is a farm:) Sometimes we stay in our guest house, a garage converted apartment while you visit here- other times we are away traveling and hire a farm hand to feed the animals. If you would prefer complete privacy and would like to be trained to feed the animals (Pigs/Chickens/Cows/cats) please just ask! When we stay in the guest house, we stay out of guests' ways and only come out to leave for the day, or to feed/check on our animals. You will have loads of privacy (no shared walls), we promise!
