The space Fully updated, this stylish home is designed with the traveler in mind. Comfort, relaxation and wanting for nothing are the standards we strive to meet.There is nothing cheap or half baked throughout. The living room has been configured to comfortably seat 6-8 on couches and an additional three West Elm bar stools to turn and face the 75" smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook, plate and serve holiday dinners or every night meals w/ a kitchen table that seats 6 and those bar stools for 3. Two of the bedrooms are private and two are shared with another guest and the mattresses and bed frames are all quality and a good nights sleep is a lock. Front deck is 13 x 20 and gives you the best perspective of the Fieldhouse and Highmark Stadium, both existing and new! You can hear the team practice right next door and give the players a wave as they drive by afterward. The garage allows for some extra space and fun for family and friends alike. Check out the floor in the "Shout" colors! Foosball, electronic darts, air hockey and ping pong are all ready to be enjoyed and the second 75" smart TV will allow you to watch you favorite sports or listen to streaming music while you play. Open up the door on game day and crank on the heaters, you don't want to miss out but you'll be glad you can stay warm and dry. You're likely to have passers by stop to chat or get a score update as the TV can be seen from the street! *Rear deck is huge but is very old, hoper to have it replaced by the start of the season. Guest access Entire House, front and rear decks, garage/game room and driveway. owner parks cars on the property and fans tailgate before the game, often starting by 8:00am for 1:00 games and 2:00PM for Primetime so you must be Ok with that! Join in the fun! You will never meet a more welcoming group of fans even if you're cheering for the visitors. PLEASE NOTE*** On Game Day, guest has two parking spots in driveway included. Any other cars associated with guest will be parked on the lawn by Host at the going rate for that game. Host reserves the right to park cars in the driveway on Game Day.
