Welcome to the Atyan Hyuratun—my incredibly cozy Villa in the heart of Dsegh Village! At a full 180 square meters, plus the vast amount of amenities on space, your are bound to have a great time! This home in addition the the plenty of space is center to so many activities: - It is a 5 minute drive to St. Grikor Axpyur - 5 minutes from the scenic and iconic Lori gorge views and Sirun Xachkar - 5 minutes from Hovaness Tumanyans museum - 5 minutes from the Lori "Sea" Lake and 40 Mankac Church The space My home was constructed in 2010 and is located in the center of Dsegh! It is a large village able to acommodate large group sizes and families. While the house is 180 meters, the entire property is on 1700 meters of land with a full Tree House outide able to sleep 2. The 2nd floor has a spacious living room with TV, Wifi, Kitchen, Piano and scenic Patio with 3 bedrooms (4 Twin size beds and one Queen) and a pull out couch. The 1st floor has 2 rooms, 2 Twin Beds and a living room with a pull out couch and a kitchen. The top floor has incredible views of the village and property. Inside both of the kitchens, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to serve your group with both hot and cold water. The living room is furnished with a large dining table, Piano, and comfy living area so you can eat, hangout, dance to your heart desires. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! In addition to basic ammenities like irons, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen, you also have: - A play area for kids including a slide, swing, balls, plenty of room to play outside. Plus they can spend plenty of time in the tree house. - Hammocks, grill, sitting area and outside dining - Parking for 2 cars in the car bay - Firewood and a garden of flowers and fruits Come for the villa, leave with the memories of a lifetime :-) Guest access This will include the carport, patio balconys, tree house. Please notify the host if you need garage access and we will also help acommodate that for you with advance notice.
