We allow events (weddings, company events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family reunions, friend gatherings or baby showers…), (events only authorized by the host before check-in). Reservation needs to be booked so 16 guests. After that pay the event fee separately, it is $10k . If you need catering, bartender, decorations, we can share their informations only. The space Our property is conveniently located near several wineries and restaurants, allowing guests to explore and indulge in the local culinary and wine scene. Situated on nearly 100 acres of land, the property offers a vast and serene environment, ensuring privacy and tranquility for our guests. While we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests, please note that access to certain areas is limited. The house itself boasts five bedrooms, providing ample space for accommodation. Within these bedrooms, there are a total of eight beds, including one king bed and one kid's bed rest 6queen beds. In case additional sleeping arrangements are required, we have two airbeds available that can be easily inflated using the in-built air pump. To ensure utmost comfort, all beds are made with fresh bed sheets and bath and hand towels are provided. One of the notable features of the house is its beautiful classic look, which adds a touch of elegance and charm to the overall ambiance. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential items needed for cooking, making it convenient for guests to prepare their meals during their stay. Moving outdoors, you'll find a delightful patio area furnished with table and chair sets, and pool chairs. This space offers a great spot for relaxation, dining, and enjoying the surrounding views. Additionally, we provide a propane grill for guests who prefer to have a barbecue. Big event tents under way to be build, and ceremony place with 40 white chairs , parking lot with 60 cars parking, for the event you can have upto 150 people attending. Please DO NOT touch or feed the neighbors’ horses, also don’t climb the fence. But you can see and enjoy from the wonderful views. Other things to note We expects the guests respect the property rules and use in care. For any kinds of events must be booked as 16+ guests and inform the hosts the maximum number of guests at the reservation / before check in, and pay the event fee. Please don’t just assume you booked the place on Airbnb and have events. The event fee is a must for any events. Guests be responsible their own safety. We have cameras OUTSIDE of the house. Any decoration should not damage the property and must be cleaned after the event. Thank you
