The space Located in the seaside resort of Carnon, just 10 minutes from Montpellier, our villa offers an ideal setting for a family vacation. At the entrance, you will be greeted by a driveway leading to a garden and outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for enjoying summer meals. On your right, a solar outdoor shower will allow you to cool off after the beach, while Bali's stone pool invites you to relax. When entering the house, you will discover a large living room bathed in light thanks to its two floor-to-ceiling windows. A kitchen equipped with granite countertop and an American fridge await you, as well as a living room with a TV (Freebox with Netflix) and dining room in the veranda overlooking both gardens. A closed mezzanine master room offers a bathtub, a sink, a comfortable 160 cm bed and storage (possibility to add a cot). On the ground floor you will find two beautiful bedrooms: one with a double bed in 160 cm (possibility to add a crib), the second with a comfortable sofa bed with views of the pool. For your comfort, we also provide a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and toilet.
