Upper Cold Stream Pond (Little Narrows) has crystal clear water, making it perfect for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Mount Katahdin is a short hour drive, along with plenty of other hikes nearby. Enjoy the amazing views of the waterfront on the first and second level balconies. Shops & restaurants 6-8 minutes away, and Bangor is 45 minutes south. The space This spacious lake house has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The two bedrooms on the second floor have kings size beds and share a walkout balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake. The shared master bathroom is on the second floor with a Jacuzzi tub making it the perfect place for a spa day. The third bedroom is in the basement with two queen over queen bunkbeds. Perfect for both kids and adults. The kitchen is fully equipped to make delicious meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, in the morning, on the main deck, and you may see some Loons on the lake. There are plenty of kayaks and canoes for you use and explore little narrows. You can also swim out to the brand new swim platform in deeper water. Cozy up on the couch with family and friends for a movie night or sit around the game table and choose from a variety of board games. If board games aren't enough walk down stairs and have a ping pong tournament! Yes, we have a Ping Pong table in the basement. We didn't forget about the little ones either. We have child safe dinnerware, highchair, and a day crib for infants. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, kayaks and canoes.
