Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home! Sit outside under the stars, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Enjoy a fire at the fire pit watching the stars at night, take a nice leisurely walk during the day down a dead-end road across from the farm house, or walk in the creek letting the kids hunt for crawdads. You never know when you will see a deer running through the field. The space The main floor has a full kitchen, a dining room that can sit up to 6 people, 2 bedrooms, the principal bedroom has a king bed, the guest room has a queen bed. There is a front porch that has 4 chairs to sit on, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country and the fresh air. There is a grill for your use and a fire pit to enjoy while listening to the tree frogs and watching the stars come out. This house is not handicap accessible. There are 2 steps coming into the main entrance, which is the kitchen at the back of the house. There is Internet and a Verizon Cell booster at this house. If you have a different cell phone provider, your phone may not get good reception. There is also a 45" Smart TV, so you can stream your favorite movies or shows using your account codes. Guest access The main floor is available to the guests. The basement is not accessible, along with all of the outbuildings on property. Due to liability, under no circumstances should anyone enter any of the out-buildings on the property grounds. Other things to note You are a short drive to Brookville Lake, Whitewater River, Morgan's Canoe Rental, the canoe town of Metamora that is known for its canal days, and an Aquaduct that is still working. You are also close to the town of Oldenburg, known as 'The Village of Spires', 3 Restaurants, local shops, a Catholic church, and the town grocery store for those last minute buys.
