Electric black-out blinds on the windows. 🛌 MEZZANINE SECOND LOUNGE - With double sofa bed 🗺️ WHERE WE ARE LOCATED - Our apartment is right in the heart of Le Lavachet and next to the Quick Access Track, allowing a fantastic ski in-ski out location as you can put your skis and board on right next to the apartment building. The Lavachet learner piste is just 50 metres along this track which also leads to the Chaudannes and Paquis chairlifts. From this point you have access to Tignes le lac, Les Boisses, Les Brevieres, Val Claret and then up and over into Val D'Isere. **☀️⛰️SUMMER** - You can easily walk from the apartment and join many hiking trails and discovery family walks through the forest and past the waterfalls. There is easy access on foot to Tignes Le lac and the Tignes lake which is a 7-8 minute walk. For mountain bikers you can access the bike lifts within a couple of minutes as well as the cross country trails. If you’re a road cyclist then you’re in the perfect area to test yourself on the climbs of the local area, frequently included in the Tour de France routes. 🥐 🛒🚌 - There is a supermarket, bakery, ski pass office, three ski hire shops and restaurants and bars within 80 metres of the apartment. It's also very easy to get around the rest of the resort. Tignes le lac is just a 7-8 minute walk away, and the free 24-hour shuttle bus that loops around Tignes has two stops in Lavachet, the closest being 50 metres away, so if you aren't skiing and you don't fancy a stroll, access to the rest of resort has never been easier. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building when inside, but due to the way the apartment block is built, our terrace and outdoor area is actually on the ground floor making it ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the mountains, and a great place for children to play in the snow or out on the grass in the summer. 🛋️ 🍽️ LIVING & DINING AREAS - As you enter the apartment there is a large entrance area with storage which leads into the open plan dining area to seat 8 people, and there is a cosy and modern lounge, equipped with big comfy sofas and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing evenings in! The TV receives French terrestrial channels and UK Freeview channels, as well as Apple TV and Netflix (please note that guests will need their own accounts to log in to the online TV services). 🛏️ BEDROOMS - From the entrance area, there is a corridor to the right where you will find bedrooms 2 & 3, and the master bathroom with a separate toilet. The master bedroom is to the left of the entrance area and has a double bed and closet area, and the en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, washbasin and toilet. 🍳 KITCHEN - Our kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (suitable for Nespresso pods), microwave, and all the kitchen crockery, silverware and utensils that you would need for a family or group holiday for up to eight people. 🧸 CHILDREN'S AREA - Up a few steps from the kitchen we have a play/chill-out area that is perfect for children, it even has a babyfoot table! Great for the children to have their own space and time after a long day on the slopes. 🛋️MEZZANINE LOUNGE & EXTRA SLEEPING AREA - Then upstairs from the children's area we have a mezzanine snug lounge with TV. This room also has a double sofa bed so it's a perfect place for another couple to stay and have their own private space, or for the children to use in conjunction with the play area downstairs. Our apartment is unique and the layout and space that we can offer for your family means that it really is a home from home and you'll be able to truly relax, unwind and make the most of what Tignes has to offer. Guest access The whole apartment will be accessible to your group for your holiday, with the exception of one small private storage room which will be kept locked. Other things to note The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility
