All of the TVs are connected to an Amazon Cube, and are equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Apple +, PlutoTV, and various other popular channels and applications. There are board games and trivia games on the rack in the living room for anyone who feels like playing, and Bluetooth you want to connect to the Bluetooth sound system which connects to most rooms in the house. Our house has plenty of areas to play games, read books, or just kick back and relax. Get cozy and build a fire in the living room. There are two spacious bedrooms on the main floor, and one additional bedroom up the winding stairs. These three bedrooms comfortably sleep six. If you go downstairs from the main floor, you’ll notice another large couch, TV and a pool table. There are also four additional beds that can be used if you are visiting with a larger group. All of the bed linens are clean, and there are fresh towels for guests located in the laundry room. Our open kitchen has a conventional oven, a toaster oven, blender, ice machine, coffee machine, french press, and a baking oven. Please enjoy any food, water, snacks, coffee, or tea that is left for you in the kitchen. As you approach the house from the driveway, there is a small hiking trail on the right side of the driveway which contains a path throughout our wooded property. There are signs to guide your way. Be on the lookout for the wild turkeys and families of friendly deer who frequently roam the grounds. Feel free to explore the grounds at your leisure. Build a fire in the outdoor firepit, while enjoying one of the best sunset views in all of Dutchess County. Relax and have a drink in the hot tub/jacuzzi outside. Or use the BBQ on the patio and cook yourself up a feast! Enjoy!! Guest access The entire property! Other things to note **One thing all guests MUST be aware of is the fence area on the left side of the outdoor property, near the ledge that looks out over the valley. The concrete retaining wall recently collapsed. Do NOT approach the fence area, and keep your distance. If you are visiting with young children, please make sure that they do NOT go near the fence area, as it could be dangerous. We do not want anyone to get hurt.
