Hiking nearby, Appalachian trail, Roan Mountain, Boone, The snake, Wataga lake, Damascus Virginia and the Virginia creeper trail. There are 2 lofts. One loft is a queen bed and other has twin bed. The ladder has a 250 pound weight limit. Kitchen has air fryer toaster oven and coffee maker. Watch wildlife in cozy loft with super nice mattress! The space It is a Tiny house. Main room with kitchen area. Bathroom with shower and 2 loft areas. New nice beds!! Queen and twin size. One ladder with 250 lbs max. Hot water heater is 10 gallon tank. You have access to use the whole property. The door locks every time it is closed. There are some cabin notes inside the closet door in the bathroom. Toaster oven is air fryer and also can be used like a regular oven. Small refrigerator. Guest access You can use fire pit and grill table area Other things to note We have a lot of deer on property and we have spotted a bear several time! We removed the bird feeders but be careful and respectful of wildlife. Several stray cats on property.
