KITCHEN Full kitchen stoked with basic tools, toaster, pans and dishes, large full size frigidaire, stove, coffee maker, microwave, provide coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, milk BEDROOMS Bedrooms are 2 separate rooms and are average size with doors for privacy. Both beds are queen size and comfortable. Each beds are 4 pillows, Confortters for a good night rest and sleep. There are no television in the bedrooms. Extra sheets and blankets are provided along an full size air bed (required in advance) that can be open up in the living room, everything must be returned the same way it was found. BATHROOM Bathroom has a tub and fully equipped with everything you need if you forget anything like toothpaste, toothbrush, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Towels and wash clothes plenty. Other things to note Additional rules WELCOME TO SWEET AND PEACEFUL PLACE RULES: Cameras are located outside at the front, sides and back of the house for everyone safety. Guest booking ID required, name of each guest should be included. Only guest that are booked are permitted to spend the night. Maximum capacity of guest is 4 for a comfortable stay. We do not allow smoking of any kind on premises, no drugs, no party, no pets. A fee $150 to $250 will apply if any guest are found in violation of host request. Space is inspected after every guest checked out. If any broken, missing, damaged will be changed.
