This is a 3 bedroom, one and a half bath, private ranch home with a large private double lot. You have access to a garage and private driveway. Just steps away from the beautiful Niawanda Park and walking paths. Also easy access to the river with a public boat launch just across the street. There are 3 separate bedrooms; two queen beds and one full bed. It is a ranch home but be aware there are a few steps to the enter main portion of the home. The basement features laundry facilities and a fun recreational room with TV, games and darts. The half bathroom is located here. All linens are provided. We are kid friendly and welcome families. Pack n play and high chair available! This is a private residence in a very safe community. There is a beautiful, private back yard , patio with outdoor seating, gazebo and grill. Water views from the front and back yard. So much to do! We are an easy walk to bars and restaurants including Old Man River and Mississippi Mudds. Walkable to liquor store, convenience store and grocery store. Take a short 1 mile walk or ride to all of the attractions offered in Tonawanda and North Tonawanda! Visit all of the fun restaurants , bars and shops along Webster and Main St. Have lunch or dinner right along the water at multiple walkable restaurants. Take in a concert at Gateway Park, enjoy one of the numerous local festivals or meet up with friends docked at Gateway Harbour! Take a leisurely walk or a long bike ride along the river and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple restaurants along this path to enjoy!
