This is a modern new building near the beach, with a terrace and private pool. It is located in the Croatian town of Vodice (in a part called Srima), it is quiet and at the same time it is a short walk from the center of entertainment. The villa is for 8-10 people and is suitable for families or a group of friends. Upstairs you will find a spacious apartment for 4 people with bathroom and toilet, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and toilet, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with living room, including another toilet. Air conditioning is in all rooms.
