Our property is thoroughly designed to satisfy the 5-star travelers' needs. Two types of rooms are available in the property – two rooms with a king bed each, and two rooms with two double beds each – all with en suite bathrooms. The rooms present with locally-made custom furniture, sophisticated finishes, and 14-foot ceilings. Air conditioning & heating, SmartTVs with streaming apps, and a dedicated workspace round out the offerings of each room. Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels are provided! This listing is for rooms with a king bed, the rooms are designated according to availability. Guests will appreciate the open spaces, a multitude of patios, terraces, balconies, and courtyards, all catching the light in unique ways throughout the day. Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon guests’ request. We have a Pack N' Play crib available upon request for guests traveling with infants. Guests will be given private, unique door codes for their stay, and bedroom closets have locks. The spacious common areas, patios, and dining areas are shared with other guests. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the guest rooms without prior guest approval. Other things to note All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in the property. We cannot host guests arriving with pets. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a 500 USD fee.
