Rental rate covers up to 8 guests, but house can accommodate up to 14 guests with additional person fees. The 80' boat dock can accommodate one boat up to 100' or two boats up to 40' each. Draft is 5ft at low tide and dock has two 50 amps and a 20 amp plus water. There a fish cleaning station plus a storage shed with a freezer for fish and bait. Other things to note Home is located on the western end of Grand Bahama Island, in an area known as Bootle Bay. There are several local restaurants in the area as well as dining at nearby Old Bahama Bay resort.  It is easily accessible by commercial or private air service as well as by boat. Property is located 3 miles from the Old Bahama Bay Marina for boater customs and immigration clearance, 3 miles from West End Airport, 25 miles from Freeport International Airport and 30 miles from Lucaya. For last minute weather cancellations, guests can use monies paid towards another stay within 6 months.
