The space The first floor of the house has a bright kitchen with island dining equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, citrus juicer and all utensils. The comfy living room has two leather chairs and a couch for entertaining and a 65 inch Samsung TV. Additionally there is a bedroom and restroom on the same floor. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with walking closet outside, the third bedroom, full bathroom and restroom and the washer and dryer. The whole house has a beautiful wooden floor and brand new appliances. Parking on the street is free on the side of the house. Pets might be allowed depending on breed, behavior and potential security deposit. Guest access You will have access to the first and second floors of the house. There is a separate basement apartment that we use. No facilities are shared and each unit has their own entrance. The yard is for the main house use, basement apartment does not have access to it.
