This cozy, sunny loft is tucked away on the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, with the serene forest and hiking trails only yards away. A separate entrance with key-code entry allows guests to come and go, and the kitchen and laundry allow for guests to stay comfortably a week or more. Pets are allowed in the covered outdoor kennel (12' x 4'), but not inside. For security and safety, a videocamera monitors the parking pad. The space The space includes one bedroom with queen-sized bed. The living area includes a convertible sofa (sleeps one) and can also include a floor mattress, if guests have a 4th person. The kitchen includes full-sized oven/stove, dishwasher, sink, and fridge. Guest access Guests have a separate entrance, so may come and go as they please. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay; there are no shared spaces indoors, and the heating system is also separate.
