A large pool, tennis court/basketball court and sand volleyball area are available shared with two other homes. Both a gas grill and big green egg are available and the home has a large gourmet kitchen. There is a movie room that seats 10, and the home has over seven tvs including one on the patio with an outdoor fireplace. You may use two different working areas including the monitors, keyboards and mice, just plug in your laptop to the usb-c connection. Business AT&T fiber provides fast, reliable internet. A large game room with workout equipment a Wii U and foosball games for enjoyment. Guest access You are welcome to use the pool area, sand volleyball and tennis and basketball court. The community building behind the pool is not part of the rental. Our home is only 40 minutes from DFW or Love Field airports. Dallas is an ideal shopping location for every style and budget with world class malls, shopping centers and outlets. Six Flags amusement park and Hurricane Harbor water park are regional attractions. Dallas has all of the major sport franchises including the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Rangers, FC Dallas and several minor league teams. McKinney is home to a TPC golf course which hosts the Byron Nelson golf tournament plus DFW has 100 public golf courses to choose from. DFW also has eight large recreational lakes which include boat rentals.
