The Cozy Cottage was built in 2023. The house is located on the frontline of the Confederate Army in the Battle at Missionary Ridge in 1863. Close to downtown, tourist attractions, shopping, and dining. The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification." There is a great diversification. There is a huge development going on just 2 blocks down. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space This house is located within miles of Memorial, Parkridge, and Erlanger hospitals. It is not near a golf course. Close to downtown and you can jump on the interstate and get to your destination quickly. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of towels and a fenced in yard for your dog(s).
