The space THE YARD The apartment is fenced up and gated with 2 security guards on ground 24/7 for your protection. You will be entitled to 2 parking spaces. Please provide a copy of your ID or passport of all the guests to the host before checking in to property. THE APARTMENT It's located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story complex. we have a Laundry machine, back up generator, as well as a hot water heater Other things to note ✈️ ✈️Airport Pickups available and can be arranged for an affordable price. Just let me know you’re interested. the apartment has 24/7 electricity including a backup generator that is filled with gas when guests arrives! If the gas finishes before guests leaves they can refill if there’s need to. The WIFI box is rechargable, we will provide free 10gb for short term guests and 50gb for 3 weeks guests, after it's finished you are welcome to recharge with how much you see fit! it's easy and I'll walk you through the process.
