A remote allows you to control the temperature. PARKING: We have room for 1-2 cars on the street directly in front of the cottage. FRONT HOUSE: The cottage is attached to the back of a large historic colonial revival home which is also listed on Airbnb. It has its own private entrance and is not a basement apartment for greater privacy. MOBILITY CONCERNS: The studio cottage is all on one level, but there are two small sets of stairs (4-5) to get into the entrance. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: You'll have a personal code to the keyless lock system to check in at your convenience anytime after 3pm. Checkout is before 11am.
