There is plenty of parking on premises. Guest access You will have access to entire house with the exception of 3 closets. Guests will have access to yard, fire pit, covered patio, decks and walking trail. Guests will not have access to any sheds on property. Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property and have a verified account and ID. There is no smoking permitted in house or on decks. A $300 professional cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the home.
