This apartment is 400 sq ft, a cozy unique space for one or two people. It is located on the second floor, and has its own private balcony/deck facing north where the sun sets. It has a shared entrance in the rear of the house, but you will have your own locked door/dead bolt, and apartment to yourself. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor so there are two stair cases (with hand rails). Parking is available in our driveway, or on the street. It is located only a block off Peach street, far enough away that you don't hear the noise but close enough that it's only a few miles from shopping, etc. Other things to note There are portable A/C units in the bedroom and living room, as well as ceiling fans and a portable fan. In the summer, if you're leaving for longer than a day, please turn off the A/C. If it's a hot day, we recommend keeping the A/C on so the apartment is comfortable when you return. In the winter, you'll have portable radiant heaters to keep you extra warm on those chilly days! Please do not put any food down the kitchen sink (there is no garbage disposal). Please dispose of the food in the trash. We like to keep the house quiet for our traveling students and nurses so there are no parties allowed on the property, no smoking allowed inside, and no burning incense. Thank you!
