Lasty - our particular building charges a fee for hanging things (i.e. towels) over the balcony, or for any kind of smoking or vaping anywhere inside, on the deck, or on Georgetowne House Propery. By making this reservation you are acknowledging that if either of those things happen, there is $300 fee assessed and you will be charged. Per another section, Sea Colony rentals (all of them, not just ours) do not allow any pets at all. If you see any, they may belong to owners (who are permitted with proper tag). YOU WILL NEED TO BRING OR RENT YOUR OWN LINENS. WE CAN DIRECT YOU TO RENTALS AND THEY WILL DROP OFF AND AND PICK UP RIGHT IN UNIT, THEY COME AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE. f you do not bring your own, we can also offer your linen rentals, which are dropped off at the unit before you arrive. This is offered at an additional price but we will make arrangements upon request. Please inquirer with the property manager to reserve and have delivered to the condo in advance, or you can bring your own from home. There are already pillows, mattress covers, and thin comforters which you can use (if you like) as blankets as well. Again, ask us about additional services you may like, such as making your beds before arrival or doing your grocery shopping before you get here (extra fees upon request). Sea Colony has 12 swimming pools, an indoor and outdoor tennis center with pickle ball, the new Freeman Fitness Center, and ongoing activities for adults and children (subject to availability) as well as a new children's water play "pad" area - see Sea Colony app. There is a free shuttle tram that will take you to the "West" side (across the highway) for anything you like - in a high rise. We have a property manager who will be handling all of your needs as we get closer to the summer. There is also a free shuttle bus that will take you over to the West Side - while not directly on the beach as we are, there are many pickle ball courts at the tennis center - well, again, the app or the web site will give you lots of information, maps, etc. We are on the East Side, where the high rises are directly on the ocean and next to many pools. The free shuttle can take you anywhere on the property, including the new kids splash pool which is past the fitness center, complete with a very large hot tub and lap pool. There are also showers and a changing room in the new area. Many lawn games close by as well! Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Last year it was $55 per person per week (regardless of how many days you say, it is $55 per visit if one week or under) and they do check carefully now. Note Only 2 parking spaces available with this unit after you purchase the mandatory resort passes. One is numbered and will always be the same spot, right next to the elevator. The other is in the same parking area but is not assigned with a number, so you may (depending on time) need to spend a few minutes looking but it is inside the same gates of East Sea Colony.
