This cozy duplex features a single car carport for covered off street parking, a private entrance with keypad lock and fully fenced back yard. Inside you will find a comfy, spacious open floor plan living room area and kitchen with a dining area. The sliding glass door opens to a concrete patio with seating and a fenced back yard. Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed, dresser & closet. Bedroom 2 features a single bed and a desk for a specific office space. Bedroom 3 is the Master Suite with a large King size bed, full size dresser, walk in closet and en-suite full bathroom with double sinks. The 2 bathrooms are sparkling clean & stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies. The kitchen has everything you could need, just bring your own food! We supply all cleaning supplies to maintain the home as well. This home also offers a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. We provide a generous starter supply of consumables so you can get settled in right away. In the living room you’ll find a RokuTV for your own streaming services. If an unauthorized pet is brought into the property an unauthorized pet fee of $400.00 will be assessed and your reservation will be immediately canceled. *No Smoking* An additional $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, candles, incense, or any other kind of smoking inside. Plus any loss of income as a result of remediation of odors. *If smoking outdoors, the doors & windows must be shut and any waste must be disposed of properly. *No Events, Gatherings or Parties* This is not a party property; an additional party fee of $400 will be assessed and your reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund. *No Unauthorized Guests* ALL guests occupying the home must be disclosed prior to arrival. For emergency and insurance purposes, we must have an accurate count of all guests on the reservation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Lawn maintenance will be by weekly to maintain the lawn during summer months. Cleaning crew will access the space, at pre-arranged times. Other things to note We do require a refundable incidentals fee, based on the length and nature of your stay, review history, guest count, and at our discretion. This paid separately through Airbnb prior to check-in, and returned upon a successful checkout pending the space is left as found, without damages, house rule violations or excessive cleaning required. Stays exceeding 1 month will require an additional cleaning fee which provides a cleaning service. This is paid in advance to 1+mo stay check-ins, or in advance to extending dates over 1 month, and scheduled at your convenience. Please inquire prior to reserving, if you have any questions about this policy. If your travel dates are uncertain, we do advise purchasing the travel insurance. Guests who wish to shorten their stay after booking would be subject to our cancellation policy. In these cases, if leaving early, will need to cancel the remainder of the reservation. If we are able to rebook the dates, we are willing to reimburse for those dates at the last minute rates.
