Freshly updated with brand new paint, furniture, furnishings and equipped with all the comforts of home. A perfect place to stay for the whole family. The space AFTERNOON DELIGHT is a single-level, open & spacious layout with plenty of room for your group. Bedrooms/Sleeping Spaces: Sleeping spaces include one KING bed in the MASTER SUITE, one QUEEN bed in Guest Room 2, and two TWIN bunk bed sets in Guest Room 3. The MASTER SUITE has it's own wing of the home away from the other guest rooms. It offers a KING size bed, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands with dimmable touch lamps that are charging stations, 6 drawer dresser, storage closet, 40" Smart TV and a separate entrance to the lanai/pool area. There is an attached master bath that includes a large vanity, double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. You can listen to music from your playlist while showering or getting ready with the Bluetooth enabled exhaust fan and nightlight. Guest Room 2 features a QUEEN size bed, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands with 1 dimmable touch lamp that is a charging station, 6 drawer dresser, 40" Smart TV, closet for storage and a large full length mirror. Guest Room 3 offers two TWIN bunk bed sets (4 total beds), nightstand with lamp, 6 drawer dresser, 1 dimmable touch lamp that is a charging station, a closet for storage and overhead ceiling light. Bathroom #2 is located in the same hallway as Guest Rooms 2 and 3. It includes a large granite vanity and sink, and a tiled shower/tub combo. We hope that you will not need it, but we do have a First Aid Kit available in the dining room closet on the top shelf. AFTERNOON DELIGHT also includes a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, a pull down sprayer faucet, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar (seats 3), dining room (seats 6-7), living room that includes a 65" Smart TV with seating for 8 and a full service laundry room. A combination wine & coffee bar is available with drink glasses and wine glasses along with a Keurig that can make Hot as well as Iced coffee. We have a stove top type tea pot available for our guests who prefer that. An office desk, charging station lamp, chair and HP printer/scanner are available for work needs. We provide wifi only no cable. All TV's are smart TV's & there are a lot of Free options from news stations to music & movies or you can watch your favorite app in almost any room but there is no cable tv. The LANAI and POOL area has a pool cage to help keep the critters out and the pool clean. It offers a great space to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool and eat your meals on the patio table. Some pool toys are provided and are kept in the shed. Please no glass near or in the pool. Use of the pool is at your own risk! We provide plastic and paper options for outdoor use located in the upper cabinet to the right of the refrigerator. This space includes a propane fire pit with 2 Adirondack chairs, 2 lounge chairs, patio table with 4 seats, a lighted Tiki-Bar with 2 more seats and a gas grill. Yes, the spacious pool is heated to 85 degrees at no extra cost to you! Our outdoor space provides plenty of PRIVACY with beautiful palm trees and a fence encasing the area. There are also LED Tiki lights and a pool light for a relaxing ambiance in the evening for night swims or meals. PLEASE NOTE: Any Children under the age of 18yo allowed in the pool area Require Adult Supervision. Our back yard shed houses 2 corn hole boards, pool noodles and squirt guns for outside activities and 2 beach chairs with a beach umbrella and cooler for beach get aways. There is also an extra, full propane tank stored here if needed. AFTERNOON DELIGHT boasts a SPACIOUS, Air Conditioned Game Room with a regulation sized ping pong table, 2 person basketball game, Pac Man electronic Arcade game, 40" Smart TV with seating area and a high top table. Each bedroom has an extra comforter in the closet that can be used as a beach blanket. Large grocery bags are available that can be used for beach bags located in the towel closet. A Beach towel is provided in addition to a bath towel for each guest. Guest access The only space in the home that is not accessible to guests is the locked owner’s closet in the master suite. All other spaces are accessible. No more than four(4) vehicles in the driveway and be respectful of our neighbors by not parking in front of their homes. No parking on the lawn, as sprinkler systems can be damaged. Other things to note We do have a ring doorbell facing the driveway for your safety and security. We also have a motion sensor light outside the garage door which requires the marked switch inside the garage to stay on at all times. Again, this light provides safety and security for all. Depending on the days of the week you are staying at the AFTERNOON DELIGHT, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include: lawn, pool or utility service workers. The lawn is mowed once a week and the pool is serviced once a week as well. Please note they have our permission to be there and perform their jobs. They will not need to be inside the home, just outside and on the lanai. The lawn guys are usually there for about 20 minutes on Saturday morning & Jason our pool guy shows up Wed or Thursdays for about 15 minutes to test the water, brush the sides and skim the water. He does just walk into the pool cage area with our permission. The heated pool is set at 85 degrees. Please keep in mind, if temperatures drop below 70 degrees( which rarely happens), the pool will take longer to heat up and may not be able to reach the desired 85 degrees. The heater runs when the filter is on. Please do not run the filter continuously...it is set up on a timer for optimum performance. PLEASE NOTE: Any Children under the age of 18yo allowed in the pool area Require Adult Supervision. DO NOT MOVE the propane fire pit. As you know, Florida is home to some of the best beaches, amazing protected land and has a tropical climate. This makes it an ideal place to vacation and explore all year round! However, with all these amenities, we also have a few pesky critters that call Florida "home." We do have pest control come out regularly to spray and inspect our home inside and out. As a guest, the best way to avoid these critters is by keeping all doors and windows closed, keep ceiling fans or AC on to keep the air circulating, keep all food in the refrigerator or sealed well, and remove trash and garbage regularly. Lastly, we ask that you please respect our neighbors by not throwing loud parties, by observing quiet hours (10pm-7am), by not parking in front of their homes and staying off their property. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we intend to keep it that way. Thank you!
