Enjoy our recently renovated freestanding house, completed mid-2023, featuring a private terrace with a pool and barbecue area overlooking the Lowveld mountains. Sip your coffee on the terrace, prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, and enjoy a Netflix movie night on the large sleeper couch in the living room. Perfect for a family. One of the most unique things at LoerieRoep is definitely the garden with our new build infinity pool with its stunning mountain views and amazing sunsets. The space Our freestanding house comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests with its two cozy bedrooms and spacious living room. This unit was completely renovated in May 2023. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other has two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed on request. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for up to two adults. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, and everything you need to prepare your meals. Please note that we do not have an oven in the Unit. In the living room, there is a big TV with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi is available. This is our unit with the most beautiful private outside area and the only one with a private pool and direct view over the mountains. You have a large terrace with a dining area and a private plunge pool. Next to the unit is our newly built 12x7 meter infinity pool, offering additional relaxation and spectacular views. Our plunge pool was repainted in Oct 2024. The paint is chipping in some spots. Retiling is planned from Jan 25- Feb 10, 2025. The pool will be empty during this time. Guests are welcome to use our infinity pool instead. Thanks for your understanding Guest access Besides your own small garden, you will be most welcome to enjoy the rest of the big, lavish and beautifully maintained garden. From here, you can take in the breathtaking views of the lowveld mountain valley. A brand-new infinity pool has been added (will be filled until around the 10th of july 2024), offering a luxurious spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, there is a plunge pool open to all guests, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. Other things to note Nestled just minutes (5km) from Nelspruit along the scenic N4 route, with a turn-off to Sterkspruit and accessed via a well-maintained 2.5 km gravel road suitable for all vehicles, our secluded property is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered! On our grounds, you'll be greeted by 6 adorable cats and 2 gentle Great Dane dogs. Even if you're apprehensive about dogs, there's no need to worry—our dogs are accustomed to having guests around every day. They're incredibly friendly and love meeting new people. Please note that only registered guests who have booked prior are permitted to stay overnight. No additional guests can be accommodated without prior approval, and the total number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity of 6.
