This amazing cottage is conveniently located 3 miles off I-75 from the Rocky Top exit. The space Our little cottage is located on a gently sloping property. When you pull in the driveway you’ll be looking right at gorgeous lake Norris. When you enter our open concept you enter through the main dining space and living room. The first door on the right is the bedroom with a king sized bed. Just past the bedroom is a fully stocked kitchen. To the left is the bathroom and laundry room. Continue up the stairs for access to the 1/2 bath located in the garage space. The loft hosts two queen sized beds and a desk for you to work remotely. The dock has a 10x30 boat slip for your use, but the dock is shared. Owners can access their jet skis and small fishing boat. Jet skis are not available for guest use.
