The property sits on 5 acres of private land including on premise hiking, a charming turn of the century barn, and a babbling brook. There is a fire pit, an outdoor dining area, and an expansive lawn. The location while rural is not remote, minutes from truly great restaurants and venues. Come enjoy! The space This private country home is just under 2000 square feet. The living room and kitchen are open and spacious. There is an enclosed side porch with pond and mountain views. And each bedroom has ample space (Parent bonus: The bunk room has black out curtains.). Guest access You will have full access to the property. Other things to note We are minutes from Roscoe, Livingston Manor, Callicoon, and Bethel Arts Center. Roscoe is situated in the Catskill Mountains where there are plenty of beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities to enjoy. The area has also recently undergone a renaissance and has a wonderfully active food, drinks, and arts scene.
