No buildings in front of you and great space on the other sides. Cottages here are unique as they have only 2 units per building while the 1 bedroom and studio's here have 8-12 units per building. This allows for much more privacy, peace and quiet. Amazing beaches and hiking just off your lanai. The space One king bed in the bedroom and one queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and small coolers in the closet. Bocce set, and telescope as well. Other things to note Please note there are no AC units here in the condos at Kepuhi Beach Resort. Windows and doors are often open and you are almost guaranteed to see geckos inside as well as other bugs here and there. Take the trash out nightly, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, keep the counters/sink clean nightly and you will have a better stay. You will also have some dust get inside due to the trade winds. The trade-off is the view, the pristine and private beaches, never-ending hiking, and a feeling that you are truly in "old Hawaii".
