This 2 bedroom 1st floor unit is the perfect beach vacation get-away centrally located in a community right off Route 1 in Rehoboth. It has plenty of free parking and a community pool steps away from the building! *Dog friendly only, sorry no cats due to allergies* 1.8 miles to the beautiful Junction & Breakwater Trail where you can walk or bike to Rehoboth and/or Lewes, and you're 3.7 miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach/Boardwalk. *Person renting must be at least 25 years old per COA Rules* The space *This property can be rented monthly in the off season - please submit an inquiry. ** Please note - this property does not rent monthly from May - Sept ** **Pool is open May 1st - Sept 30th** The condo is located on the 1st floor of the Building. Along with the 2 bedrooms, there is plenty of living room seating and a peaceful outdoor screened in porch for you to enjoy a some relaxation or have dinner with the family out there! There are also corn hole boards for your use in the grass common area. Please do not leave them outside. -Master bedroom has a Queen bed. -The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed, along with a Twin bed and a Twin trundle bed under that bed that pulls out. (Bunk bed has been removed). There is also an air mattress in the closet if needed. *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in both bedrooms. *We supply starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home. *Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. *All TV's are streaming only for you to log into your account, there is no cable. Guest access Guest have access to the whole unit and the community pool. -Pool Open - May 1st through September 30th, 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. daily. For beach days, guests will have access to two beach chairs, a beach cooler, and beach towels. For the stay at home and cook nights, guest will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, and pots/pans. There is also bike storage under the building staircase and a bike rack by the dumpsters if you choose to bring your own bikes. Please do not bring bikes into the condo. Other things to note PET INFO/RULES - - Owners are required to maintain proper control of all pets via a leash. - Pets must be walked on the outer perimeter of the property and pet caretakers must clean up after them and properly dispose of the waste. This rule is also a law of the State of Delaware. - Jaw locking dogs as identified by the Insurance Information Institute (III) as being life threatening, or pets that have previously demonstrated as being threatening to humans or other animals, are prohibited. - Pet owners shall take responsible steps to prevent noise, waste, or odors of their pet from annoying other unit owners and will be held liable for such offenses. - Pets are not to be housed on or under the decks or balconies or tied/chained to the common areas. *Please note - there will be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
