Approximately 30 minutes from Philadelphia, 30 minutes from the Philadelphia Airport and just over an hour to Newark International Airport. Sesame Place is just 30 minutes from the house. Close to businesses in Delanco, Delran, Riverside and Riverton area. The space Private home with 2 bedrooms and room for 4 to sleep comfortably. 1 Queen bed, 2 twins and a sofa. Fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Outdoor deck with gas grill and table with umbrella and plenty of seating. The yard is full of beautiful roses in season. A half block walk to the beautiful Rancocas creek and marina area. Several family owned places to eat nearby including a deli, ice cream shop, coffee/bakery and an Italian food and pizza restaurant. Guest access The entire house and backyard are available to our guests. Other things to note Beautiful sunsets and sunrises along the Rancocas creek are available to our guests when weather permits. In the summer, from June through September the township offers free concerts on Thursday evenings at the Hawk Island Marina. Folding chairs are available in the house and food is often sold by local organizations for fundraising.
