This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath has its own private entrance and parking spot and is perfect for up to 4 people. Nearby are local beaches, quaint shops & restaurants, hiking, fishing, whale watching, Cape Cod, or visit downtown Boston. The list goes on and on! The space This apartment is off the main house with a private entrance with Nest Keycode lock. 2 floors, first floor is the living room w/ sleeper sofa, half bathroom, full kitchen, dining for 4, coffee station and desk/work space. Guest access There is a Nest lock and each stay will be provided their own personal code. Other things to note This apartment is attached to our main home. However, there is no entrance through our home or in your apartment. It’s a private space just for you and you will not be interrupted. The backyard is a part of our private home, but during your stay, it’s private to only you.
