There is a king bed, a queen bed, a bunk bed, and 1.5 bathrooms. You will feel and see nature's beam into this open, naturally lit home accented with natural wood and clean finishing. It also comes with a large wraparound deck, a gas grill, and a large dining area for entertaining. The great room is filled with extra-large, grand windows that span the length of the entire home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you should need! With this home comes your own private beach that is for guests of this home only. If visiting in the colder months, there is a beautiful fireplace in the living room to keep you warm as you cozy up with your favorite book. When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with kayaks and fishing poles to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the - vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. The 5-star restaurants are just minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details. Cancellation Policy Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
