A recent and modern construction, designed to the highest standards without the deprivation of any comfort and with attention to every detail. In its 4 rooms* each with A/C and bathroom can accommodate up to 13 people. The kitchen is top notch, complemented by an excellent al fresco dining area with BBQ and tepanyaki. The social area is very nice with pool and mountain views. Finally there is the terrace with its incredible lost skyline pool and jacuzzi* **. *The house has a fifth room that is not offered, does not appear in the photos and remains closed. ** Jacuzzi does not have heating NO NOISY PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED, the house is located in a family condo, if you plan to party rent elsewhere. NO MUSIC OR NO NOISE AFTER 11 PM! Maximum Music volume is 65 Db at day and 55 Db from 6pm, measured in the driveway of the house. The condominium has a staff dedicated to compliance with these rules and FINES apply for violation of several minimum salaries. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. The Mesa de Yeguas Club restricts guest access to most of their services, this changes periodically, for more information, check with your Experience Manager or go to the front desk inside the condominium. There will be one if your group is smaller than 7 people and 2 if it is larger. They charge $85,000 a day, keep the house spotless and cook delicious! Chef service is optional at an additional cost. The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers the preparation of the house prior to your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The charge of maids covers their work by taking care of you during your stay and you will pay them directly before leaving. You are expected to run your own market. It is a custom in our country that employees wont bring their own food and eat what they prepare so don ´ t forget to bring enough for them too.
