Need another incentive to book? There is no cleaning fee! We The space We are blessed to have an extra living space attached to our house by an insulated wall shared only with our garage. You will have a separate entrance to the right of the garage, with a keypad lock and gate. The only time you might see us is if we happen to meet in the driveway or if I'm watering my flowers. Guest access We have blocked off with a gate, the patio by the front door for our guests. It's perfect for storing bikes or kayaks out of the view from the street. We recently put up a large metal fence to offer more privacy for the space. If the neighbor dog, Max, barks at you we will take care of it! He isn't on board with our welcome policy yet. We're working on it. Other things to note There is a window that faces our back yard that has blinds on it. They are top down blinds to let in light while protecting our privacy as well as yours! We do have some baby items we can supply. The unit is made for 2 people, but tiny humans are always welcome.
