The space Situated on an acre of lush land, surrounded by a sprawling well-manicured garden, this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa features a unique bar accessible from both the main patio, the living room and pool, creating an ideal space for entertaining indoors and outdoors. The inviting back verandah provides direct access to all 3 bedrooms offering each couple/ guests privacy. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for guests comfort and also provide a partial ocean and garden view. There is a dedicated workstation in one of the bedrooms to facilitate remote working and 2 of the bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The pool is a salt water one and is perfectly situated to receive direct sunlight throughout the day and provides a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding hillside and mountains. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped for self- catering and has a breakfast corner that seats 2 people. There is plenty outdoor places to lounge, play games, socialize or just soak up the sun. The layout of the property provides adequate on-site parking and the electronic gate with telecom system and surveillance cameras ensures security for villa occupants. PRIVATE CHEF OFFERED specializing in authentic Caribbean cuisine.Should you be staying at the villa for a week the host will pay for the chef to prepare two meals. Guests will only be responsible for the payment of the groceries. If guest stay a minimum of 3 days the courtesy of the hostess a meal will be provided by the chef. 3 nights minimum stay requirement for bookings. Guest access Located on property is a 3BR villa with a detached self-contained cottage. Please note that if you have not rented the cottage it will be off limits to the villa guests. Each dwelling has their own private entrance and access to the pool. This property is perfect for groups and comfortably houses 6 adults in the villa and 2 adults in the cottage comfortably.
