Historic private room and bathroom in a historic craftsman bungalow. Walking distance to downtown Lockhart. Peaceful and relaxing while right in the middle of everything. The space Guest will have the front quarter of the house to themselves. The only shared space is the driveway and yard. The private front entrance has a patio and porch that will only be used by guests. The front entrance is filled with custom furniture and fitted with a coffee/snack bar that includes a drinks fridge, a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The newly remodeled bedroom is very spacious and has a queen sized bed. The room has plenty of storage with a closet, an armoir, and vanity. A breakfast table sits by the window and allows for working or eating. The TV hangs on the wall and is easily seen from any seating in the room. The bathroom is a bright, clean moderate space. Guest access Guests will have private front entrance access, private, large front hallway with coffee/snack bar, private bedroom and bathroom. During your stay I will be with you at check in to explain everything. The house is very large and the private guest area is very separate from the back where I reside. You can always text me if you need anything. Other things to note There is a fireplace in the room that adds ambiance but is not functional. It creates a cozy experience.
