Guest access Entire mansion is available except staff quarters and master bedroom suite (available on request if I am not scheduled to be there.) Other things to note FAQs: Pickup/Cooking/Event Hosting Airport pickup? We can arrange pickup (although Uber might be simpler, 25 minutes in two SUVs at $20 per). Chef service? $150 / day for lunch/dinner/cooking/served cleanup afterward if you provide the food (i.e. whatever you pick up from market, happy to cook and serve.) Chef/service/cleanup cannot be guaranteed until after booking to coordinate their time. Events and Outside Guests? For security reasons we do not allow locals or any non-paying guests/visitors access to the property *except* for a pre-planned event. Events are organized with our caretaker and include a required security-guard. There is a greater rental fee for having a planned event (depending on size) starting at +$1000. Specify how many guests planned and for how much time in your inquiry. All events (more than 7 guests at the grounds), take place outside. Extras for outdoor events like setting up tents and music are possible. Event guests can use the caretaker apartment bathroom but cannot stay overnight or have access to the main house. Security Deposit? If AirBnb has not included a Credit-card-held security deposit in your payment (they are particularly poor at doing so even when specified in the listing) then we require a refundable $800 security deposit paid directly after booking. NO REFUNDS if canceled less than 30 days in advance.
