As part of a larger facility, you'll have access to multiple amenities such as a pool, hot tub, fitness center, volleyball areas, basketball courts, kid's play area, and an indoor game center (coin operated). The space There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, twins in the third bedroom, queen Murphy bed in the living area. The condo has a kitchen with cooking utensils, silverware, plates, coffee pot, toaster, wine glasses, and more. With a large granite island, you'll have plenty of room to cook your favorite meals. You also have a private BBQ and patio furniture on your porch for grilling and eating outdoors. Guest access The scenic roads of Sonoma Country take you through redwoods, across rivers, past organic farms, and wineries. Take the shuttle that goes a mile or so away into the downtown area. Just put on your walking shoes, grab snacks and explore the wineries and boutiques around. Kendall-Jackson wines are one of the favorites. Korbel is nice if you care much for champagne. Other things to note • The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in. • The guest who books the stay must be physically present at the time of check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. •Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit • The apartment is located in a timeshare property. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in. This is a timeshare property, and guests are not obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you to attend one, you have the freedom to decline their invitation.
