Other things to note House has several kid beds, and is overall kid friendly. Motorboat on site is not available for usage. Canoe, paddle boards, and kayaks are fully available to guests. Lifevests must be worn at all times by anyone participating in water activities. To be noted: Moodus Reservoir, occasionally faces challenges with water quality, such as algae blooms or sediment accumulation. While these issues can affect the appearance and recreational use of the water, it is still safe to swim in if you are comfortable.
