Enjoy a relaxing time away in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. This house is a quick 10 minute drive to the beach! The master bedroom has king bed, spacious walking closet and en suite bathroom. 3 extra bedrooms have in total 4 double beds, 3 sliding single matresses, and 1 bunk bed. This house is perfect for a relaxing getaway, we allow day events for up to 40 people, only 12 are allowed to spend the night. The condominium features kids playground and lake. Big pool is unavailable The space There are two parking spaces directly on the property, this space can also be use for day events, you can put a tent and tables for a nice lunch. On the first floor there is the living room dining room, kitchen, double bed bedroom, one full bathroom and a patio with a small private pool. On the second floor there is the master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. One full bathroom for 2 other bedrooms. One with 2 double beds with sliding matresses. And the last bedroom with one double bed and a bunk bed. Please keep in mind we only provide bedding for the main beds, if you want to use the pull out matresses you must take your own bedding, including matress protector. Guest access Our guests will have the whole house for themselves, and full access to all common spaces in the condominium. Please keep in mind that for events we allow a maximum of 40 people during the day, and those extra guests are not allow to use the common areas. Other things to note For events we allow 12-40 people. The minimum payment is S/4000 per event, plus a security deposit of S/2000. Any additional guest is not allow to stay the night. If you have a pet, you are responsible for any property damage or attacks. When walking the pet it must be on a leash and you must pick up after them.
