Enjoy Oakland County's most vibrant lake fun community…. and Vacation destination Lake Orion *This upscale cottage is the perfect weekend getaway *The sunrises and sunsets alone make any vacation complete *Lake Orion has a variety of cuisine. *Oxford, Clarkston & Rochester are all quite close *There is also a Trolley that runs between Orion and Oxford Cheers Matt The space *Enjoy the open floor plan as the lake view begins as you exit the entranceway. *The bedrooms are quite spacious with new mattresses, covers , pads and linens. The master leads to the best view on the lake. *There is an extra boat slip and/or jet ski slip at no extra charge. Owner will be happy to help get your crafts in the water. There is no extra space for less though. *The land scaping has spacious terracing that offers various places to hang out. Including a fire pit at the water. * There are also no childproof features at all. * There will be a weekly cleaning fee of $125 for stays 10 days and longer. Towels and sheets will be changed. House will be inspected for dog hair and cleaned accordingly Guest access Enter through the road side door. Host will use your 4-6 digit code. A lock box is provided with key in case you have trouble with key pad. Other things to note *Host apologizes for cancelling pet stay policies. Guests have just proven that their dogs are more important than the house rules *Games and playing cards are in green cabinet under stairs. *Beach towels in green cabinet *Hair drier and iron in green cabinet *Long stay cleaning fees are $125/week: includes towel and linen change out *A few species of bugs, spiders and carpet ants call the lake home.
